So sad to be studying International Law these days. The killing of 40+ children (I Imagine girls) by an UStael airstrike to an Elementary Girls School in Minab, could be considered a warcrime? I know nor the U.S. and Israel are part of the Rome Statute but what kind of accountability can we think from I.L towards them (Even though the U.S. and Israel have never paid for their crimes even when prosecuted -i.e. Nicaragua Case was never paid)?
